Daughter loves it but hair gets tangled very easy, especially when brushed. Didn’t expect that. But to untangle (which takes time) instead of brushing like regular hair, from bottom to top (because I noticed this rips the dolls out more). The dolls hair is very plastic-like. Try first to gently spread the knots apart from side to side, into small sections, then gently brush. Side note, no matter what we do, the hair does not look how it does when we first got it. But isn’t horrible.
